I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room had a great sea view, even though there was a streetlight right outside with thin curtains that made it a bit hard to sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bed was super comfortable, and the view from my window was just breathtaking. The breakfast spread was fantastic with plenty of choices, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back here!

The service was top-notch, even though they were under pressure due to a shortage of staff. The staff was not only nice but also extremely helpful, especially when we needed to make a last-minute adjustment to our booking. They ensured our dietary requirements as vegans were met impeccably. A big thank you to the accommodating team!

The location couldn't have been better! Situated right on the seafront next to the old steam railway, the views were stunning. It was a perfect distance from Butlins, the beach, and the town center, making it very convenient for exploring. Having the promenade just across the road was a delightful bonus!
Dining

The dining experience had its ups and downs. While the breakfast started with a slight hiccup of finding a hair in the scrambled eggs, the rest of the meals were excellent, freshly cooked, and delicious. Despite a minor disappointment with the poached eggs and bacon, the overall quality was satisfying.
